Returns

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your article must:

• To be unworn , unwashed and in the same condition as when received.

• To be returned in its original packaging .

Personalized items, items on sale or purchased during a special promotion are not eligible for return, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you by email of the validation or refusal of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days .

Exchanges

Defective or damaged products

If an item arrives damaged or defective , please inform us within 48 hours of receipt, with a photo as evidence .

We will replace the item at no extra cost .
